A high-tech alternative to carbon, offering a fresh, new look that is loaded with benefits. We have been making HI-LITE Ultra Fused Composite in custom designs for our partners over recent years. Provided here is the first release from our generic range, giving all our customers around the world another choice to Carbon, Aramid and Innegra.

– Excellent UV resistance. Ultra lightweight. The lightest offering from all our composites.
– Highest level of impact strength, greater than Innegra, Carbon and Kevlar!
– A highly effective composite for the likes of tail and hip patches.
– Favourable Flex Properties.
– High tensile strength without the stiffness associated with Carbon.
– Whilst a good choice for stringerless Epoxies, the favourable flex properties also make HI-LITE a positive choice for use with stringered surfboards (PU and Epoxy).
